English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Endorsement Application Requirements
In-Service Teachers
Currently licensed teachers are required to contact Holly Mitchell to create a planned program. Currently licensed teachers apply both to the program and through the OSU Office of Graduate Education. The graduate admissions application requires the names and contact information for three professional references and transcripts of all institutions attended. Pre-Service Teachers
Pre-service students (students currently completing a teacher licensure program) will submit the ESOL application before entering the Professional Level (last two years or prior to starting a master's program). Students are strongly encouraged to contact CoEd-GraduateSuccess@oregonstate.edu prior to submitting the application.
