Dr. Molly Moran is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a licensed school counselor with over 20 years of experience working in K-12 schools. She earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Boise State University. Her research interests include counselor education pedagogy, and the development and evaluation of school-based interventions aimed at improving outcomes for historically marginalized students. Dr. Moran teaches a variety of graduate counseling courses on the OSU -Cascade campus, she also supervises school counseling internship and practicum. As the co-director of the Promoting and Advancing Training of High Desert School Counselors (PATH-SC) program, Dr. Moran works to increase the number and diversity of qualified, culturally responsive school counselors placed in high-needs schools. In addition to teaching, supervising, and researching within the field of counseling, she also co-leads the Faculty Support Center and serves as a division representative on the Academic Faculty Council for OSU-Cascades.
