Dr. Jeff Tucker holds a master’s in counseling from Louisiana Tech University and a doctorate in counselor education from Adams State University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and Arkansas and is credentialed as a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and National Certified School Counselor. His research explores creativity in counseling, existential and ACT-based theories, children’s counseling, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy. Jeff has published several peer-reviewed articles, including an award-winning piece from SAIGE. He has served on editorial boards and previously taught at Wayne State College. Outside of academia, Jeff writes social-emotional books for youth and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his dog.
