Christie Moore

Christie Moore most recently served as Assistant Professor of the Practice at the University of Denver, where she taught since 2018. With 20 years of social work experience, Christie has worked in direct practice, youth prevention, and nonprofit leadership. She holds an MSW from the University of Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. Christie’s teaching centers strengths-based practice, critical thinking, and educational access. Her professional interests include trauma-informed care, community engagement, and inclusion of underrepresented voices. She brings practical insight and a commitment to social justice into her teaching and mentoring.
