College of Education

I was born and raised in San Jose, California. After receiving my bachelor's and master's degrees at Santa Clara University, I taught elementary and middle school for twelve years in both California and Oregon. I have also done long-term substitute teaching at the high school level and taught English to international students at Linn-Benton Community College. At OSU I have served as the College of Education’s academic advisor and now work with the College of Liberal Arts and College of Education as the career services specialist. I enjoy helping students explore career and graduate school options, as well as prepare for the job search process. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three sons (all OSU Beavers). We love to travel and entertain our family and friends.
