Dr. Becky Crandall is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Adult and Higher Education (AHE) program at Oregon State University. Since 2017, she has also held roles with Rankin Climate, a consulting group aimed at leveraging data toward equity and organizational change. A scholar-practitioner with two decades of experience serving in higher education leadership roles, Dr. Crandall’s research addresses questions relevant to campus climate and the welfare, success, and development of student populations including intercollegiate athletes, (non)religious students, and LGBTQ+ students. Her work has appeared in outlets including Journal of Student Affairs Research and PracticeJournal of Homosexuality, and Journal of College Student Development. When she’s not being a professional nerd, Becky enjoys cheering on the Portland Thorns women’s soccer team, adventuring with friends, and eating her way through her favorite cities.

Becky is not currently accepting Ph.D. advisees.
